The hotel offers a serene atmosphere with well-set-up rooms and a great dining experience at Boscage restaurant. The service provided, especially by Sara at reception and Saeed in the restaurant, is exceptional, aiming to exceed all expectations. However, some areas could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a very calm atmosphere, perfect for clear thoughts, but they had an awful smell that lingered even after cleaning. The noise from construction work outside made it hard to sleep, affecting our rest. On the bright side, the food was excellent, but the room size was a bit of a letdown for a family of four.

The staff were amazing, especially the receptionist Sara and restaurant waiter Saeed. However, they were not helpful when addressing issues like unclean bedsheets, which affected our sleep quality.
